Bit finished 3K: Round 1

My Bitty.  He's so little.  He's so spunky and stubborn.  He's so sweet, loving, sincere, and quirky.  And since he's so young, (summer birthday) I decided soon after he was born to hold him back.  I'm a teacher and I know that for many children this is best.  Fancy and I are both summer birthdays and we were both held back too.  I've yet to meet a person who regretted holding their child back.  I mean why do I want to rush my babies to grow up?  You get to be an adult much longer than a child.  Let's play on!

So today marks the LAST day of his FIRST year of 3K.  He's headed back next year.
Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Kristy, his teachers, are like baby whisperers.  This child knew zip-o-la at the first of the year and now he knows lots.  I mean he should be given a plaque or certificate of completion for learning to write his name... that's A LOT of letters folks!
His first day of 3K
So today was their program!  And ohhhh how this Type A momma loves a program.  It started at 9:00 and I was there by 8:10.  I wasn't the first or second crazy momma there.  I was third!
In they come...
So small...
He concentrated so hard he forgot to smile.
Wardrobe change...
And he's headed to get his certificate...
And will you know he received a medal!!!   PERFECT attendance.  (side note: This caused a huge problem with Ford who missed 2 or 3 days of school.)
And yes, he held his certificate upside down!
The ladies are much taller...
Puddin and Pops
Pop, Puddin, Bobba, and BoomPa
Bitty and Bobba
Bitty and Boom
Momm and Daddy with The Bit
Even our "Greer" (Anna Greer) snuck out of class to see the show!
Waltman and John Brantley
Mrs. Kristy
Mrs. Laura
Ohhhh what a wonderful year!  I can't thank those two ladies enough for teaching, controlling, and loving on my child.  We will see them again NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!  3K round two we will see you in 3 months!
