Bo to school, Open House, and She loves chocolate

The 3K is studying "Pets" this week in class, and Mrs. Laura asked that people bring their pets for show and tell.  Well, since we don't have a tame pet, just the squirrels, geese, ducks, turtles, snakes, and cranes in our backyard, we had to "borrow" a pet.  Yes, you can borrow pets.  It's totally legal, especially if the pet belongs to your Puddin and Pops.
Bo made his second debut in 3K.  He got to go last year too.  I'm not sure the trauma had worn off from that visit to be honest.
Bo is a Boykin Spaniel that has three legs.  He forgot to look both ways when crossing the street.
Bitty was getting smart with Daddy.
After Show and Tell about Bo the dog Annie and I had to go to a visitation for a friend who lost her dad last week to cancer and her mom 20 days before that to cancer.  Heartbreaking isn't even the word.  I HATE CANCER!!!!!!!  But I love my special cuddling and rocking time I get with Sister.
Last night was "Open House" at school and I sort of LOVE those things.  I had to take my pictures for the blog you know.

Ford's turn....
 I enjoyed this project.
 Paragraphs...
His seed he's trying to grow.
Front and center.  I love it.
 Bitty's turn.....
We HAD to wear our Paw Patrol shirt since we have to wear uniforms every other day.
I was loving all of their hard work!
This little girl looks too old....and I don't like it!
On the way home from Wal-Mart she was "needing" a chocolate granola bar... I glanced in the mirror and......
She loves chocolate JUST like me!

Uncle Vance got married

So we are going on almost 14 years that I have been associated with the Lamar family (includes dating days).  Trey's younger brother, Vance, has been predominately single a large portion of that time.  I kind of never thought he'd find that special someone to date.  He is so laid back and care free that it didn't seem to bother him.  But about 3 or so years ago he started dating Emily and well, that tied the knot yesterday.

I was told they wanted my kids in the wedding... yes, all three.  I told them they absolutely did NOT have to do that, but they insisted.  So, whatever they wanted was fine.

Scared of how my children would act is an understatement.  I am 99.9% sure that some people came  to see "The Bitty Show".

Rehearsal....
Round one down the aisle, Annie ran and screamed "Mommmma" and round two she just ran.
 Bitty ran and made faces....
My boys were ticked beyond measure that I wouldn't let them go to the rehearsal dinner.  I just couldn't.  I had reserved "Our Greer"- Anna Greer, my babysitter, back in February.  So instead of beef tenderloin that got to shoot dart guns.

I love my sweet friend, Jennifer.  She's one of those people who what you see if what you get.  She's always so kind and thoughtful and is pleasant to be around!
Puddin and the daughter in laws
Back when I took the boys to get fitted for their tuxes Bitty said he wasn't wearing one and he wasn't even going to the wedding.  Well, apparently he had a change of heart and he looked sharp.  I promise I could have literally eaten the child up he was so cute.  And of course, Ford took this role of junior groomsman very seriously and loved his attire.

It's not everyday I get to wear a hot pink chiffon dress!  Hot pink is my color!!!!
Miss Taylor... Without her I don't think Puddin could have pulled off a rehearsal dinner.  Those two spent all day on Friday setting up and decorating.  Go Tay Tay!
Even my great friend, Miss Jessa (Jessica) made it.  Photo credits belong to Ford

My honey of over 11 years!
And I will have you know that Anna Greer came to the wedding with us and to the reception.  After a bit I asked her to take Annie home, but the boys didn't want to go.  Then Miss Taylor left and the boys didn't want to go.  Before they knew it they really did want to go, BUT no one was leaving at the point and they found themselves STUCK!   Wedding receptions can wear little fellas out.
I don't think I had even cranked the car and he was asleep.  And, and, AND.... my boys slept until 9:30.  I am 100% sure this has NEVER happened.
Congratulations to Vance and Emily Hale
