The Real Deal Halloween

The weatherman was right.  It rained and rained some more on Halloween, but at about 5:00 it stopped!  We were able to go to trick or trunk at our church: round 2 of the goldfish and the astronaut. 

Before we left, Rosy and he girls came by to see my boys.  Larson was a genie and Douglas was a nerd.

 Next stop was Big Momma and Big Daddy’s house.  Not only do they hand out candy, but also some paper money.  Ford slipped that $1.00 right into his tractor wallet!

 Then on to trick or trunk we went….

 Anna Lauren the mermaid, Ford the astronaut, and Cooper was batman.  These three will cause some sure enough trouble in a few years…..

 Our little neighbor was a puppy dog!

After we did the trick or trunk scene we headed north to Hernando to see some friends.  We left at 7:00.  Sure, to some people this isn’t a big deal, but my kids are getting ready to go to bed at 7:00.  This was BIG TIME for this momma.  When we got to their house we ate more candy, roasted hot dogs on a fire, went trick or treating in their neighborhood, and went on a hayride.  When we got in the car at 8:30 this happened…..

 Then when we got home I told Ford to go to his room and put on his pajamas.  I didn't hear from him for a few minutes and I went to investigate.

Halloween can wear a little guy OUT!!!!
