Bitty is in the skinny weight class

Today I put on my Big Girl Panties (yes, Trey, I just said that) and I ventured to the pediatrician ALONE for John Brantley’s 9 month shots.  He has been extra fussy this week because he’s teething and actually cut 2 top teeth just last night.  I juiced him up with Tylenol and we headed north.  When we got there Ford made sure to inform ALL the nurses that he wasn't the one getting the shots, it was his little brother.   Apparently I was misinformed at his 6 month check-up because he didn't have to get shots today!!!!!!!

Stats:

Weight: 18.1 lbs. = 10^th percentile
Height: 28.5 in. = 50^th percentile
Head Circumference: 46 cm = 60^th percentile

I looked back in my blog book and couldn't find all of Ford’s 9 month stats.  I did write that he weighed 19.1 pounds at 9 months and I know his head was always in the 75^th percentile too!!!  Lots of brains for my boys!!!  Surprisingly, to most, John Brantley is not a big baby.  His cheeks make him appear to be huge!!!

Either people think Ford and John Brantley look exactly alike or nothing alike.  He is a picture of both at 9 months…

 Ford’s eyes aren't that blue anymore and he definitely has more hair than Bitty.

 Regardless of the 10^th percentile weight class my baby boy LOVES to eat!!!

 And no blog would be complete without some pictures of my other little man.  I think he soaked in the tub for 45 minutes this morning while I got dressed!!!  We had a good time talking about the usual conversation topics: Mars, tractors, trailers, mud, wagons, hunting, guns, space ships, planets, Martian Mickey, etc.
