165 miles and he talked the entire way

Well it’s Spring Break and with time off from school comes travel.  Since Fancy doesn't get spring break we don’t get to go do too much so the boys and I decided to go to Jackson.  Trey decided that he would ride down there with us so we wouldn't have two vehicles there.  It’s roughly 165 miles from Mayberry to Jackson and the entire way there and back this is what Trey looked like….
If you are confused that would be a picture of him with the phone glued to his head.  I don’t like to talk on the phone.  Nope… I don’t.  I’ll text you all day, but I am not a fan of chit chatting.

Puddin is always a gracious host and allows us/me to clutter her house with all of our luggage.

This is actually a picture of the stuff we took at my house when I unloaded.  It’s ridiculous… I know!

So we went down on Tuesday and all the while Ford is telling me he doesn't feel good.  Well, Ford can be a bit of a baby, yes I said that, and needy a lot of the time.  I just dismissed it as him needing some attention.  On Tuesday night we were going to take him to play putt-putt golf.  We dropped Trey off at a ballgame and my friend, Taylor, and I headed for our golf game.  We weren't 200 feet away from where we let Trey out and Ford starts throwing up!  I just can’t tell you how much I HATE throw up.  I hate smells too and my car smelled!  Ohhh it smelled.  We were 20 minutes from Puddin’s house.  We got back and I dealt with Ford and Taylor went to Wal-Mart to get supplies.  I was sure I was doomed and would have the stomach bug within hours.  Taylor cleaned the car seat and I washed clothes and bathed Ford.  Ironically he didn't throw up again and acted 100% fine.  My car on the other hand was NOT fine.  I think Lysol is from the Devil.  I do.  I hate that stuff.  It smells absolutely TERRIBLE!  Well, my car was a mix between Lysol, Clorox wipes, and throw up.  I debated on throwing the car seat out the window and buying a new one, selling my car, or washing the car seat cover.  I decided on washing the cover and did so twice and it is nice and odor free!!!!
Wednesday Ford was spiffy fine and we headed to see our Justice Puddin at the Supreme Court…

Ford found some 2 year old string cheese in the frig and decided he’d eat it!

John Brantley, Mr. Into Everything, wasn't feeling much like a sibling photo shoot!
Wednesday night we drove out to see our friends, the Wilsons, and their new house.  Ford and Ryder had fun playing in the dirt.
Thursday I put that family pass to good use and went back to the Children’s Museum.
This child always has his tongue out of his mouth!
Today we came home and went to play with our good buddies, James and John Everette, who were in town.  Our play date was cut short because Ford got sick again.  It was sooo weird.  He got sick on Tuesday and then again today.  He only got sick once and then acted completely fine.  I don’t get it!

Sweet James spent the entire time pushing John Brantley in his red car.

On Wednesday, March 13th, my baby turned 9 months old!!!  It’s so hard to believe that we’ve had him that long.  Here are some John Brantley facts…

I will find out his weight and height next week at the doctor.
Diaper: size 3
Clothes: size 6-12 months
Naps:2  One from 8:00-9:30ish and another from 1:00-3:00
Sleep through the night:  NOPE =(
Teeth: 4
Feedings: I am still breast feeding.  He eats in the middle of the night when he wakes up which is usually around 4:00.  I feed him at 8:00 before his nap, he eats at 10:30 if we are home!!  I feed him again at 1:00 before his nap.  He eats a little at 4:00 and I feed him at 7:00 before he goes to bed.
Food:  He has oatmeal mixed with ½ a fruit for breakfast.  At lunch he has a baby yogurt and ½ a vegetable and for supper he has the other ½ of fruit and ½ vegetable.  He is VERY interested in table food.  Anything on my plate that I think he can eat I will give him little samples.  HE LOVES FOOD!!!  When he wants some more he will jump around and squeal.  If you don’t feed him fast enough he starts yelling at you!
Talking:  He jabbers all day long.  He says De-ta (Delta, our dog).  I've heard what sounds like Daddy before and when he gets upset he will say Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma (Momma).
Tricks:  He crawls, pulls up, claps, gives 5, can take a few steps behind a walker, and can stand alone for a few seconds before he falls.
Interests:  He loves Ford, the dog, FOOD, to be held, a bath, outside, riding in a stroller or his red car, balloons, opening drawers, chewing on things, ice, suckers, laughing etc.
Dislikes: putting on clothes, changing his diaper, being in the car without it moving, getting in his car seat if that’s not on his agenda, having his nose wiped etc.
Right here he’s probably saying…. “Ewwwwwwwww!”

I've already started planning Ford’s 4th birthday party which is coming up soon and it looks like I need to start on this little guy’s too!!!!
