Will I be a politician’s wife? The odds definitely seem to be in my favor at this point in the race, but time will only tell. Right now Trey is still running unopposed and it would be magnificent to keep it that way. If no one else qualifies by June 1 Trey will be the man for House of Representatives District 8.
I have been asked several times if we will be moving to Jackson and the answer is no. Trey will be down there while the legislature is in session from January until about the end of March of beginning of April. We will still hold residency here in Mayberry.
Last Tuesday lots of sweet friends and supporters threw Trey a “Meet and Greet” fundraiser here in town. We were very pleased with the turnout and hope that all continues to go well between now and the election in November. Thanks to all who helped last week!!!!!
