Photo Dump from March

Well, here we are, at the end of March and I am blogging for the first time.  I really wish there was more time in my day.
Annie's first grade play was at the first of the month.  She was a polar bear.  I ordered her outfit from Amazon.  Thank goodness for that place.

Silly sock day for Dr. Seuss's birthday!
Oh yeah....you could do hats too!

I think she was done!

Porter gave me his Wocket in his Pocket!

Annie's first Father/Daughter Dance.  Her daddy took her to Batesville to buy boots!

Baseball season has begun....

I sent a Mrs. Lamar Bitmojii home with all my kids over SB2022 for them to take pictures with me.  It was a great idea.

Bitty got his Bible verses for my class.

And he met his AR reading goal.

Playing monopoly....

Kate invited Annie to Disney on Ice....

I left the kids home for SB and I headed to Jackson.

And I saw my grandmother

Anna Greer sent pictures of Bitty with Flat Mrs. Lamar

We had dinner with Kimberly and Ted

Annie and I went with Bitty to Oxford last weekend while Trey went with Ford to Southaven.

LONG day.  Two Meals at the fields...

Bitty's team WON the championship

He was named MVP

I forgot sunscreen.

Ford's team also won first place

AND he was also named MVP....what a big weekend for my boys.

A third grade project is to publish a class book.  It is A LOT of work helping kids write 3 paragraphs about growing up.

Bitty caught a possum recently.  Mr. Scott bought him a shirt.

I spotted this outside of Annie's classroom.

American Girl Doll Store

I mean I should have made Annie a countdown chain to let her know when the Nashville trip would be.  She asked about it daily.  Finally the day came.  It was pretty cold outside when we left, but she was waiting on Mrs. Callie and Birdie to pick us up.
Two excited little girls...
We only stayed one night but we were loaded down!

They got to open AGD backpacks.

It's like a national holiday

Did you know the days leading up to Annie's birthday are like a National Holiday?  Yep, it's true.  We celebrated like 75 times and Sister Girl is officially really 7.

I gave her the choice back around Christmas that she could have a birthday party or we could go to Nashville to the American Girl Doll Store.  That took absolutely no thought, she immediately said to Nashville.  I summonsed a friend and her daughter who also has a birthday around the National Holiday to go with us.  But no birthday is complete without a family party.  The Sunday before her actual birthday we had the Grandma party.

BoomPa sent her some money for her birthday since he doesn't shop.  One Sunday afternoon we took Bitty to his baseball practice and decided to do a little retail therapy.  I love a good Marshall's or TJ Maxx so we hit them up.  Annie found these beauts at Marshall's and spent some birthday money.  Ohhhh how she loves shoes.

On her birthday week she also got to be Star Student.

Last night as a 6 year old....

Spankings

Bitty's basketball season was over but his coach threw a banquet for the boys.  This was such a special team and they had a lot of fun together.

All of my students know I love big earrings.  One of them gave me this the other day just because!

Hey Lainey!!!!

When we found out Lainey Wilson was coming to Philadelphia and we could go, we jumped at the chance to see her concert. We got to get on Mar...
