Did you know the days leading up to Annie's birthday are like a National Holiday? Yep, it's true. We celebrated like 75 times and Sister Girl is officially really 7.
I gave her the choice back around Christmas that she could have a birthday party or we could go to Nashville to the American Girl Doll Store. That took absolutely no thought, she immediately said to Nashville. I summonsed a friend and her daughter who also has a birthday around the National Holiday to go with us. But no birthday is complete without a family party. The Sunday before her actual birthday we had the Grandma party.
BoomPa sent her some money for her birthday since he doesn't shop. One Sunday afternoon we took Bitty to his baseball practice and decided to do a little retail therapy. I love a good Marshall's or TJ Maxx so we hit them up. Annie found these beauts at Marshall's and spent some birthday money. Ohhhh how she loves shoes.
On her birthday week she also got to be Star Student.

Bitty's basketball season was over but his coach threw a banquet for the boys. This was such a special team and they had a lot of fun together.
All of my students know I love big earrings. One of them gave me this the other day just because!
