She failed

Do you, moms, ever have that lovely "mom guilt"?  You know when you feel like you aren't doing enough, you could do better, blah blah blah.  I've got it in lots of areas, but lately it's been in the area of family meal times.  We don't have them.  I can honestly say I bet we all 5 sat down at the same time maybe 10 times to eat in 2017.  My kids don't like food, so I rarely cook a big meal.  We have gymnastics, choir, baseball for Ford, baseball for Bitty, Wednesday night church, Sunday night church, and other things in between.  It's hard to cook, play taxi driver, and all eat together.  I know this is a stage in our lives, and it too will pass, but for now I have guilt.

Ford started hollering for me the other day....
Last Friday the boys were both having play dates, so I let Annie have Maggie come play.
Sweet picture isn't it???  I sure wish Annie stayed in that bed all night and didn't come get me to lie back down with her.  Last night she only got up 4 times (shoot me now)!
Saturday started baseball.  It takes a lot to get ready for an out of town tournament.  The car was loaded down with chairs, blankets, a wagon, coolers, toys, food, and a bat bag.
 My second baseman was excited.
Saturday we started late so it got cold.  Real cold when the sun went down.
Sunday we played early, won, and were able to take home another ring.
 Ford and Carter
Coaches...lots of chiefs in that picture
 Waiting on their rings...
Do you see that little person out there?  Annie wanted in on the action.
 Ring #5
Annie was sort of a terror all weekend.  Age three is more exciting than age 2.
Giants win the USSSA Tournament in Grenada.
After the game we ate with BoomPa and Mrs. Patty, Harry and Ruby Jean.

Yesterday I took Annie for her 3 year old check up.
She weighed 33 pounds- 75th percentile
She is 3 feet 1 inch tall- 45th percentile
The doctor came back in to say she failed the eye exam in her left eye!!!!!!!!  We are headed to a specialist to see if she needs glasses too.
After the doctor Annie said shopping would make her feel better.  We ran into Marshall's for some retail therapy.  She needed to go to the bathroom (potty training at it's finest) while we were there.  The first stall said....
I had to help that typo!
