We have moved on from shooting hoops to hitting some balls...baseballs that is. I'll be honest for a quick second here, several years back I wasn't so sure that Ford would be a good athlete. I expressed my concern to Trey who quickly panicked and dismissed my antics. Thankfully, I was incorrect, and the little guy is quite the athlete like his momma... kidding Trey.
Ford was born on May 1 and the baseball cutoff for certain age groups is April 30. You can take this two ways: 1. Ohhh crap he missed it by one day OR 2. He will be the oldest in the league. Or you can 3. Let him play up and be the youngest out there. Fancy chose option 3 this year. Ford is still 6, but is playing with 7 and 8 year olds. Fear not, he is not behind a bit.
