Jackson, Wyoming, Part 1

For Christmas, Trey gave us a ski trip to Jackson, Wyoming.   Now, if you know me, then you know I am uptight, Type A, a planner of all things, a worrier, etc.   So on Christmas morning he said there was one last present and told me to open a drawer.   Inside the drawer was a piece of paper that he'd drawn on with skiing and the dates we'd go.   I immediatly went into panic mode thinking the kids would miss 4 days of school, this could make Ford take his exams, all the bloody make-up work etc.

I had almost two months to freak out.   We got it all together, borrowed a lot of stuff, ordered what was needed and off we went.

Waiting on Daddy in the car....
7 checked bags and 5 carry-ons later and we were set....

Memophis to Salt Lake City and then to Jackson, WY

Trey rented a Bronco.   All of our stuff wouldn't fit in it, so I rode the shuttle!

The square....

Delcious pizza

Shopping

Don't worry....Annie packed all her facial creams...

Getting dressed was a chore!

I think I'm ready...

So...Day 1.... the kids went to ski school.   It was 1 degree.   Trey and I went skiing.   My face coverings caused me to breathe into my goggles which the moisture froze and made them icy...which meant I couldn't see.... that meant I had to ski without goggles and my eyes watered and my tears froze and messed up my mascara.  Dang!
His mascara didn't mess up...

Pretending we weren't frozen...

We could be famous people and no one would know!

Day 1 was rough on the kiddos....lots of crashing...

Arcade

Day 2 we went to a nice dinner but someone wasn't feeling 100%

When you order something at MP you know you'll pay a hefty price!

Highly recommend....
