The Big Guy in Red

There’s always the excitement, anticipation, and pure suspense of wondering how your children will act when they see Santa Claus.  I pretty much expected Ford and John Brantley to handle the big guy in red very well.  After all, this wasn’t there first rodeo with Old St. Nick.  Now Annie, on the other hand, she’s unpredictable and her mood can change with the wind.  She typically prefers women and women she knows well.  Throw her into a situation with unfamiliar people and she holds on tight.  I fully expected her to be clingy, needy, and fussy.

I was wrong!
I think Santa was equally as surprised that she found him amusing!
Santa told Ford he is a Rebel fan and now Ford's life is complete!
And Bitty brought his list to see Santa.

Even Big (almost really little) Bubbas can give bottles...
Sometimes you just need to model your bracelets.
Bobba turned 87 and we had burgers and cupcakes to celebrate!
These two have a love hate relationship.  Bitty loves her 99.9% of the time and she loves him about 50% of the time.  He wants her to get big enough to sleep in the big bed with him and Ford.  Bitty offers to sleep in her baby bed with her several times a week.
 More accessories...
One of Ford's friends at school told him something about the Titanic.  Now we have to google the "Top Tanic" and even illustrate it.
Early morning cartoons.  And yes, she has a bow in at 6:15 AM.... she requests them as soon as she gets up.
Me:  "Annie, don't get on the table."  Annie- clearly minds well.
 Countdown cuteness...
After reading their Bible story we recap the story.  Then Trey and Bitty discussed salvation and he told us Jesus already lives in his heart.  Precious!

Thank goodness that Easter Bunny stopped by.... Trying to take pictures of my kids isn't the easiest thing ever..... We recreated a 2016...
