And Just Like That She Must Spread Her Wings

I remember June 6, 2006, very clearly.   That was the day that we were told Molly Cate was coming.   We stayed up all night and she arrived on the morning of June 7.   I was an aunt.   Those 19 years flew by and she graduated from high school.

We went to her graduation party and graduation and it all made things so clear that Ford will be there in no time.

And Just Like That, It's Over

As a teacher, you might be ready for the school year to end, but when you realize how quickly time is passing by, you want to savor every minute.   This school year went by in two clicks.   I didn't want it to end.

They did an elementary field day and my kids couldn't have loved it more....

I will miss Aven

I hosted the fifth grade end of the year party....

Bitty's class won the 6th-grade field day, and Mrs. Willoughby suggested that Bitty throw water on Mrs. Adams....

I love my town and I love the different things that they do.   We had our festival at the beginning of May.   My family always looks forward to The Five Star City Fest.   Ford was even asked to pray to start off the 5K.

Bitty gets on kicks.   Lately, he's on a fishing kick and is constantly trying to scheme a way to get fishing gear.

And he was sick with an upper respiratory infection....
