A precious little girl

Last night Trey and I went to eat with some friends in Memphis. After dinner we went over to one of the other couple’s houses for a few minutes. I was immediately drawn to their Christmas card collection and began looking at all the cute little families. Kristi, the one who lived there, walked over and started telling me about one of the cards I had just looked at. The card was an adorable family; a mom, dad, and precious twin girls (about Ford’s age). Right after the picture was taken one of the twins passed away due to meningitis. The sweet little girl showed no signs of being sick, and was discovered the next morning in her bed. My heart immediately sank and ached for this family. Kristi told me about their blog which I read earlier this morning. I have felt led to share it with you and I hope you will pray for this family. I do not know them at all, but I know they need your prayers. If you look here you can scroll down and start reading on the December 12th posting.

Merry Christmas!!! Please remember the reason for the season.

Oh my goodness. this is the saddest thing I have ever read. I am so glad you shared bc they will need many many people praying for them, which I plan to do daily.

I came across their blog the other day...and was reading along and then found out they lost a child...didn't know them at all can't tell you how I found the blog but instantly began to cry and pray for this family. How awesome is our God that he would create such a network or unknown support them. Merry Christmas from Pontotoc
